The tissue machine will enable the production of high-quality tissue grades made of either 100% virgin or 100% deinked pulp (DIP). Start-up is scheduled for 2024.

The tissue machine will have a design speed of 1,800 m/min, a width of 2.85 m and a design capacity of 72 admt/d. The suction pressure roll will be covered with a polysoft polyurethane cover for high-performance dewatering. The PrimeDry Steel Yankee (16 ft. diameter) in combination with a steam-heated COMBO hood enables highly efficient drying with substantial energy savings.

ANDRITZ will also deliver stock preparation and automation equipment, as well as process-, fan- and multistage-pumps and auxiliaries.

The new stock preparation line will feature two new products of ANDRITZ’s Prime product line:

• The new PrimeFFD BT pulper – part of the highly successful FibreFlow drum pulper series – will process about 50 tons of alternative raw material per day. The drum pulper will operate in batch mode, efficiently transform UBC into high-quality fibers as well as separate and reject valuable poly-aluminum components, which will be used for production of corrugated roofing sheets.
• Innovative PrimeClean TO (Two-in-One) cleaner combining two cleaning stages in one unit and separating fibers and contaminants with increased efficiency and less energy input.

The new PrimeLineECO tissue machine for Xuan Mai Paper has a design speed of 1,300 meters per minute and a paper width of 2.85 meters. The scope of supply includes a separate DIP line, a stock preparation system for LBKP/NBKP market pulp, an approach flow system, a fiber recovery and broke handling system as well as basic and detail engineering. The entire line is equipped with an ANDRITZ PrimeControl automation package and an advanced Multi Motor Drive system.

Market pulp bales are dissolved in a FibreSolve FSV pulper that enables efficient slushing without damaging the fibers. The system is split into a short and a long fiber line and is equipped with an ANDRITZ Papillon refiner with a cylindrical refining zone for long fiber refining. The special geometry combines gentle and homogeneous fiber treatment. Thanks to the compact rotor design, the refiner concept offers significant improvements in energy consumption compared to competing refiners in similar applications.

The 2-loop DIP line allows Xuan Mai Paper greater flexibility in raw material composition, resulting in lower production costs. The system consists of a drum pulper, two flotation units, one dispersing and screening/cleaning system as well as sludge handling. The FibreFlow Drum pulper disintegrates MOW/SOP with a minimum loss of fibers and removes most of the impurities right at the beginning of the line to reduce the workload of downstream equipment. The ANDRITZ SelectaFlot units are equipped with next-generation, energy-saving injectors.

The PrimeLineECO tissue machine is a new machine extending ANDRITZ’s product portfolio, focusing on emerging markets and their need for energy savings: The combination of a 15 ft. steel Yankee with a special steam-heated hood by ANDRITZ Novimpianti enables highly efficient drying with substantial energy savings.The specific hood design, proven and optimized with CFD-analysis and comprising optimized nozzle geometry, results in highly consistent and efficient drying performance.

ANDRITZ will also deliver 58 process pumps for water and pulp – single-stage centrifugal ACP series pumps and medium-consistency pumps. Depending on their application, the pumps achieve heads of up to 80 meters and flow rates up to 7,440 liters per minute. The pumps convey pulp with up to 4.5 percent b.d. consistency.

According to the customer, it was ANDRITZ’s innovative tissue technology, tailor-made for their needs, and the excellent performance of their ANDRITZ OCC line that were the decisive criteria for this order.

International technology Group ANDRITZ has successfully completed start-up of the PrimeLineCOMPACT tissue machine – the first of its kind in China – with steel Yankee supplied to Hebei Yihoucheng, China.

The machine has a design speed of 1,650 m/min and a width of 2.85 m. The Yankee, manufactured entirely of steel, has a diameter of 3.65 m.

According to Tian Yuwei, General Manager of Hebei Yihoucheng, ”The smooth start-up was further confirmation that we had chosen the right partner in ANDRITZ. The energy-efficient drying and excellent operating safety of the Yankee are particularly impressive.”

The tissue machine and components (the order also included supply of the complete stock preparation plant, automation, and drives) were manufactured at ANDRITZ production sites in Europe and China. Lee & Man đang xem xét thực hiện việc xây dựng nhà máy mới ở tỉnh Hậu Giang, Việt Nam sau 5 năm chậm trễ.

Nguồn tin từ Hiệp hội Giấy và Bột giấy Việt Nam nói rằng dự án có thể sẽ được tiến hành theo 3 giai đoạn. Giai đoạn đầu sẽ lắp đặt một máy xeo testliner định lượng 90-120 g/m2. Tiếp đó, trong giai đoạn 2 sẽ lắp đặt thêm một máy xeo thứ hai và trong giai đoạn thứ 3 là một dây chuyền sản xuất bột. Chi tiết của các bước thực hiện dự án chưa được tiết lộ.

Công ty niêm yết trên thị trường chứng khoán Hồng Công, Lee & Man, năm 2007 đã tuyên bố mở rộng sản xuất ở Việt Nam và đã nhận được giấy phép đầu tư một máy xeo, đặt tên là PM 15, công suất 450.000 tấn/năm giấy làm bao bì và một dây chuyền sản xuất bột hóa tẩy trắng từ gỗ cứng (BHKP), công suất 320.000 tấn/năm.

Nhưng dự án đã phải ngừng do suy thoái kinh tế toàn cầu. PM 15 này sau đó đã được lắp đặt ở nhà máy Hongmei của Lee & Man ở thành phố Đông Quản, tỉnh Quảng Đông. PM 15 đã được đưa vào sản xuất vào năm ngoái.

Nay, tuy nhiên, báo chí Việt Nam cho biết kinh tế Việt Nam đang phục hồi thúc đẩy Lee & Man tiếp tục thực hiện dự án để đáp ứng nhu cầu giấy và bìa ngày càng tăng ở Việt Nam.

Khởi động nhiều máy xeo: Lee & Man vẫn đang hối hả lắp đặt một máy xeo bìa mới công suất 600.000 tấn/năm ở nhà máy Hongmei, thành phố Đông Quản, Quảng Đông, Trung Quốc.

Máy xeo PM 17 do Metso Paper cung cấp với khổ lưới 7,25 m và tốc độ thiết kế 800 m/min, PM này có thể sản xuất bìa định lượng 170-450 g/m2. Máy sẽ được khởi động vào tháng 7/2012.

Lee & Man cũng đang xây dựng một nhà máy mới ở thành phố Jiujiang, tỉnh Giang Tây. Nhà máy sẽ có 2 máy xeo bìa từ giấy loại với tổng công suất 900.000 tấn/năm.

PM 18 sẽ sản xuất 550.000 tấn/năm kraft-top liner và testliner. Máy xeo này theo lịch trình ban đầu sẽ được khởi động trong năm nay, nhưng nguồn tin gần gũi với dự án cho biết thời điểm khởi động sẽ lùi lại trong năm tới do công tác xây dựng bị chậm trễ.

PM 19 sẽ có công suất 350.000 tấn/năm giấy làm lớp sóng từ giấy loại, sẽ được đưa vào sản xuất năm 2013.

Máy xeo tốc độ cao nghĩa là gì? Cách đây không lâu, một máy xeo giấy in & viết ở tốc độ 1000 m/min đã thuộc nhóm máy xeo tốc độ cao, máy xeo giấy làm lớp sóng chạy ở tốc độ 800 m/min cũng thuộc loại đó.
